Your clothing should fit loosely around the area of the injury. The therapists will need access to the injury. For example, if you have a shoulder injury it would be best to have a tank top or loose fitting shirt. For a knee injury it would be best to have shorts or loose fitting pants or sweat pants.

Comfortable rubber soled shoes or Tennis shoes are a good option for shoes.
